The Shopstar team are incredibly passionate about delivering our customers the best value and an amazing experience. We want you to buy with confidence and offer FREE 30 DAY RETURNS on all fashion items as we know sizes vary from brand to brand.
We do not offer change of mind returns on our other product categories and will offer them at our discretion. As you can imagine, the freight on a sofa would simply be too great. There may be instances where we can honour the return but not return freight so please contact us at hello@shopstar.com.au or our contact us page so we can review the request and try to reach a happy outcome.
How to issue a return request.
Simply contact us at hello@shopstar.com.au or our contact us page so we can review the request and issue a return authorisation number. The product can then be shipped back to us with with the RA marked clearly on the package. Further details will be provided by the support team.
How long will it take to get my money or credit?
Once we have received the returned goods the refund will be processed within 7 days. Any store credit which was earned as a result of that purchase will also be removed. If the store credit earned from a refunded purchase has already been spent its value will be deducted from the total refund amount.
